Cheltenham Convention October 2009
The Quartet 'Overboard' achieved 7th place in the national quartet competition in Cheltenham and were delighted to have been awarded the 'Tapestry Trophy' for the most improved quartet.
The Harrogate Convention October 2008
We were really pleased with our results as we increased our position by five places from our position at Convention in 2007
Having just had an influx of some new members, after a singing course organised by Norwich Harmony, it was the first time for many of us at Convention. We all loved the camaraderie of the Convention weekend so much we voted to organise a weekend away together this year to consolidate our friendships.
Instead of competing at Convention we will have a fun time at Hilltops Outdoor Centre in North Norfolk where we will have fun (and practice singing!) and look forward to preparing for Convention 2010. However, Overboard will compete in 2009 at Cheltenham.
